Bring your ideas to LIFE on film and win up to DKK 30,000/EUR 4,000!

 

What should my film be about?

 

Make a short marketing video for LIFE which illustrates what difference you can make in the world with a life science degree.

 

Anybody can participate in this open film competition and any take on the subject is allowed as we encourage the original and creative idea.

 

However, the following conditions must be kept in mind:

 

• The film must take place outside
• The film must not exceed 1 minute of length
• The film must be in English

What can I win?

 

• First price: DKK 30,000/EUR 4,000
• Second price: DKK 15,000/EUR 2,000
• Third price: DKK 5,000/EUR 650

How do I participate?

 

You submit your film by uploading it to YouTube and sending a link to Michael Guldager, Communications Officer, , including your contact information (name, e-mail and phone number).

 

Your film must be submitted no later than 14 May 2010 at 12.00. 
 

Upon receipt of your film, it will be embedded on this website under Submitted films.
 

The winning films must be submitted to LIFE on a DVD in one of the following formats:

 

• avi (Video for Windows)
• mpg (MPEG2)
• mov (Quicktime)
• wmv (Windows Media)
• mp4 (MPEG4)
• flv/f4v (Flash)

However, you may record the film in any format you like (HD video camera, cell phone, digital camera etc).

 

When will the winner be annonced?

 

The winning films will be announced on 26 May 2010.

 

All winners will be contacted directly.

The winning films will be distributed through LIFE’s website, internal and external newsletters, social media and international networks.
